The person behind the principle
The Y Principle was inspired by something much simpler than a business idea. Throughout her career, Yvette became known simply as "Y" to colleagues, executives and clients. Before there was ever a business, people would often say, "Ask Y." It wasn't because she always had the answer, but because she'd take the time to find one.
